Excellent location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Several nearby grocery store options include Sprouts, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Costco and ALDI. Target, CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks as well as Nail Salons and Hairdressers are also close by. It’s just a short ten-minute drive to the upscale Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter, and within another few minutes you can explore Old Town Scottsdale, its restaurants, shops, art galleries and festivals. Easy access to freeways and to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
This unit is NOT pet friendly per the Owners discretion. Full sized washer and dryer are located on the private patio. A starter supply of paper products, laundry and dish soaps are provided. Tenants will have to supply their own when those run out.
