1. Guests must fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA, including car details: make, model, color, license plate, and lease terms.
2. Guests must sign a rental contract with HOA rules and regulations for their stay.
3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly; guests cover overages prorated for days used.
4. This unit is NOT pet-friendly per owner preference.
5. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee across the street from the complex.
6. Accidental damage insurance is included with the cleaning fee.
