Other things to note:
1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details, i.e., make, model, color, license plate, and terms of lease.
2. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly. Guests will be responsible for overages prorated for days used during the billing period.
3. The pet weight limit is 40 lbs per HOA rules. Only two pets allowed per unit.
4. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
5. Accidental damage insurance is combined with the cleaning fee.
