Other things to note:
1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details, i.e., make, model, color, license plate, and terms of lease.
2. Guests are also required to sign a rental contract detailing HOA rules and regulations to adhere to during their stay.
3. The electric bill is capped at $150 monthly. Guests will be responsible for any overage prorated for the days used during the billing period.
4. The pet weight limit is 20 lbs per HOA rules. Only 2 pets per unit.
5. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
6. Accidental damage insurance. is combined with the exit cleaning fee.
