Walking paths meander throughout the 22-plus acres of Anasazi Village, giving the feel of an oasis in the middle of town. Other things to note:
1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details, i.e., make, model, color, license plate, and terms of the lease.
2. Guests are also required to sign a rental contract detailing the HOA rules and regulations to which they must adhere during their stay.
3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly. Guests will be responsible for any overage, prorated for days used during the billing period.
4. The pet weight limit is 20 lbs per HOA rules. Only two pets are allowed per unit.
5. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
6. Accidental damage insurance is included with cleaning fee.
