Walking paths meander throughout the 22-plus acres of Anasazi Village, giving the feel of an oasis in the middle of town. Just across the street, you will find “PV REIMAGINED,” with the construction of Phase One well underway. Other things to note:
1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA, including car details, i.e., Make, Model, Color, License Plate, and Terms of Lease.
2. Guests are also required to sign a rental contract detailing the HOA rules and regulations to adhere to during their stay.
3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly. Guests will be responsible for overages prorated for days used during the billing period.
4. The pet weight limit is 20 lbs per HOA rules. Only two pets allowed per unit.
5. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
6. Accidental damage insurance. is combined with the exit cleaning fee.
