The Air Care Alliance helps patients find the right charitable aviation organization to meet their needs and connects them directly to service. The American Cancer Society is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help guide you through your cancer experience. Organizations of pilots and other volunteers serving the community with free private air transportation for the medically and financially needy.
