1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details, i.e., Make, Model, Color, License Plate, and Terms of Lease.
2. Guest is also required to sign a rental contract detailing HOA rules/regulations to adhere to during the stay.
3. Electric bill is capped at $125 monthly. Guest will be responsible for overage prorated for days used during the billing period.
4. Pet weight limit is 20 lbs per HOA Rules. Two dogs per unit only.
