Other things to Note:

3. Electric bill is capped at $150 monthly.  Guest will be responsible for overage prorated for days used during the billing period.

We stayed at the townhouse for 6 weeks while we were waiting to close on our new home. The owners has thought of everything..so rest assured you will have all that you need and more! It was very clean and decorated nicely! Property manager checked in on us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. They were very easy to work with, flexible, and understanding of our situation. Great experience overall! Thanks again!
