Walking paths meander throughout the 22-plus acres of Anasazi Village, giving the feel of an oasis in the middle of town. Just across the street, you will find 'PV REIMAGINED,' with the construction of Phase One well underway. Other things to note:
1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details, i.e., Make, Model, Color, License Plate, and Terms of Lease.
2. Guests are also required to sign a rental contract detailing HOA rules and regulations that they must adhere to during their stay.
3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly. Guests will be responsible for any overages prorated for days used during the billing period.
4. No pets are allowed due to the owner's preference.
5. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
