2. Guest also required to sign rental contract detailing HOA rules/regulations to adhere to during stay.
3. Electric bill is capped at $150 monthly. Guest will be responsible for overage prorated for days used during the billing period.
4. Accidental Rental insurance is include within the cleaning fee charge.
