3rd floor unit with unobstructed View of Stone Creek Golf Course and Camelback Mountain. Fully updated in 2024 top to bottom. High end furnishings and upgrades. All you need to bring is your suitcase and possibly golf clubs.

Situated in the heart of Phoenix, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale areas is the beautiful condominium resort called Anasazi
Village. Adjacent to Stone Creek Golf Course and all its amenities with incredible views of Phoenix’s most iconic mountains,
residents enjoy impeccably kept grounds, five resort pools, each with its own spa, a beautiful clubhouse with party room,
billiard and card room, plus a well- equipped fitness and business center. Walking paths meander throughout the 22 plus
acres of Anasazi Village giving the feel of an oasis in the middle of town. Just across the street you will find “PV REIMAGINED” with construction of Phase One well under way. The newly reimagined PV features an expansive central park and community gathering place situated amongst a mecca of dining, entertainment, and retail experiences.

All within 1 mile or less is Costco, Target, Walmart, Sprouts Grocery Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, many restaurants and more.

Other things to Note:
1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details i.e. Make, Model, Colr, Liscense Plate.  and Terms of lease.
2. Guest also required to sign rental contract detailing HOA rules/regulations to adhere to during stay.
3. Electric limit of $125.00, excess billed back to Guest.

Other things to Note:
