Walking paths wind through the 22-plus acres, creating an oasis feel. Just across the street, 'PV REIMAGINED' is under construction, featuring a central park and a hub of dining, entertainment, and retail. Minutes from the Mayo Clinic and multiple medical centers, within 1 mile are Costco, Target, Walmart, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, and various restaurants.
Other notes:
1. Guests must fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details: make, model, color, license plate, and lease terms.
2. Guests must sign a rental contract detailing HOA rules/regulations for their stay.
3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly, with guests responsible for overages, prorated for days used in the billing period.
4. The pet weight limit is 20 lbs. Only two pets allowed per unit.
5. EV charging is available for a fee across the street from the complex.
6. Guests must purchase accidental damage insurance plus a cleaning fee.
