1. Guests must fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details: make, model, color, license plate, and lease terms.
2. Guests must sign a rental contract outlining HOA rules and regulations for their stay.
3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly. Guests are responsible for overages, prorated for days used during the billing period.
4. Pet-friendly unit for pets under 20 lbs per HOA guidelines. Two pets allowed per unit.
5. Accidental rental insurance is included in the cleaning fee.
6. EV charging is available for a fee directly across from the complex.
