3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly. Guests will be responsible for any overage prorated for days used during the billing period.
4. The pet weight limit is 20 lbs per HOA rules. Only two pets allowed per unit.
5. Electric Vehicle Charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
6. Accidental damage insurance is combined with the exit cleaning fee.
