2. Guests are also required to sign a rental contract detailing HOA rules and regulations to adhere to during their stay.
3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly. Guests will be responsible for any overages prorated for days used during the billing period.
4. The pet weight limit is 20 lbs per HOA rules. Only two pets per unit allowed.
