Other things to note:
1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details, i.e., make, model, color, license plate, and terms of the lease.
2. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly. Guests will be responsible for any overage, prorated for days used during the billing period.
3. This unit is not pet friendly per the owners allergies.
4. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
5. Accidental damage insurance is included with the cleaning fee.
