Other things to note:
1. Guests must fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA, including car details: make, model, color, license plate, and lease terms.
2. Guests must sign a rental contract detailing HOA rules and regulations during their stay.
3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly; guests are responsible for overages, prorated for days used.
4. The pet weight limit is 20 lbs per HOA rules. Only two pets are allowed per unit.
