3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly; guests cover overages, prorated for days used.
4. The pet maximum is 20 lbs per HOA rules, with a limit of 2 pets per unit.
5. An electric car charging station is across the street.
6. Accidental damage insurance is included with the cleaning fee.
