1. Guests must complete a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with vehicle details: make, model, color, license plate, and lease terms.
2. Guests must sign a rental contract outlining HOA rules for their stay.
3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly; guests pay for overages based on usage.
4. Pet weight limit is 20 lbs, with two pets allowed per unit.
5. EV charging is available for a fee across the street from the complex.
6. Guests must buy damage insurance and pay a cleaning fee.
