1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details, i.e., Make, Model, Color, License Plate, and Terms of Lease.
2. Guests are also required to sign a rental contract detailing HOA rules and regulations to adhere to during their stay.
3. The electric bill is capped at $150 monthly. Guests will be responsible for any overages prorated for days used during the billing period.
4. The pet weight limit is 20 lbs per HOA rules. Only two pets are allowed per unit.
5. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
6. Accidental damage insurance is combined with the cleaning fee.
